Refund and Returns Policy

Booking Policy

There is a 25% deposit that is due to book a “Royal Package.” The balance is due 2 weeks before the empresses start of service. Failing to pay will result in a cancellation of service. You may transfer your deposit one time for a rescheduled procedure. Payments can be made via, debit, visa, mastercard, american express. We also offer buy now, pay later options. All deposits are non refundable. 

Refunds

Refunds are only available to an empress when a procedure is cancelled by the surgeon due to medical clearance issues and is subject to approval by CEO. Documents are needed to be able to make valid decision. Deposit is still non refundable.

Time of Service

Time of service will start once empress is picked up from surgery center or when Melanated Empress, LLC is the sole transportation to and from surgery.

Empress Recovery

All empresses will get 5 hours of recovery care once discharged from the surgery center. If an empress does not get out of surgery until after 5pm, recovery will be until 10pm. (No worries, we will always make sure you are well taken care of).

Returns

There are no returns on any wearable items or garments due to health regulations. All sales are final!

Overnight Parking Fees

Empresses will pay for parking if their is a fee. You will be invoiced at the end of your service.
