The Palace Policies

A $300 deposit is required when booking any Imperial Empress Package. There is a requirement to have the remaining balance paid two weeks prior to the start of any services. Failure to adhere to the policy of payment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and will result in cancellation of service.  An empress is entitled to a one time transfer of their deposit if surgery date has been  changed or rescheduled to a later date. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used at your own discretion as well. We DO Not accept cash payments. All deposits are non-refundable.

  1. The only times that an Imperial Empress Package is fully refundable is if the procedure is cancelled by the surgeon or surgery center due to a failure to meet the medical Clearance requirement of the surgeon. This will need to be proven with documentation from the surgery center and approved by Melanated Empress’ management. The approval is also under the discretion of Melanated Empress management.
  2. If the surgery was cancelled by an empress there will be a 50% charge if cancelled within 48 of the surgery.
  3. Lastly,  if you cancel within 48 hours of booking you will receive a full refund. All deposits are non-refundable.

On surgery day, the empress’ time will start when picked up from the surgery center. Please do not worry, because no matter what, we will alway have you at the forefront of your day. You will always be taken care of.

Oh you have a surgery sister? We love this. There is a $500 deposit that is required for this package. The booking policy still Stans for this package. The only difference is that the sisters must stay in the same hotel room or must have adjoining rooms. If this does not happen, it will not mean a cancellation of service but there will be an uncharge due to inconvenience of care. Staying in the same area is better for recovery and allows for 1 RN to take care of two empress’ at the same time. 

Every empress will receive a complimentary bag. This is our thank you, for booking with us and making sure you have some of the necessities while in our care. 

All hair services will require a deposit if booked separately. If the hair package is booked as an add-on it will be included in your overall deposit price. This service is just to help those who have run out of time and want to worry less about their hair during their day.
